The interests of shareholders and the mission imparted by the Board of Directors to the Corporate Finance and Treasury department lie at the heart of our consulting work. When our customers decide to make changes and implement our proposals, we accompany them through the implementation stage as project manager, project member or coach. We provide appropriate training at all hierarchical levels – including the coaching of board members – to harmonise the target-led approach within the group. Our partners have acquired many years of line responsibility as corporate treasurer, head of corporate finance, treasury consultant, head of back and middle office in multinational groups and consulting companies. We work with proven concepts allied to modern and eminently practical approaches to solutions. Where appropriate, the solutions designed by us may – alongside structural and strategic changes – be confined to rational minor measures.
